‘Deconstructed’ by Gaynor Maher

Maher, who describes herself as “a jobbing designer” explains that “my first inspiration for this word was to use some typographical blocks I made last year. I was searching through the boxes in the garage & came across my son’s old lego which gave me the light bulb moment! I love the fact that a lot of the blocks had been chewed by him when a toddler.”

‘Deconstructed’ by Gaynor Maher will be displayed at Type Tasting with the London Design Festival 2013 at the V&A.
