‘Prehistoric’ by Stefan Nawathe

Nawathe’s letters are filled with meticulously drawn details of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals. It took him a number of evenings to finish this as it’s a very long word, but he patiently completed it and we’re delighted to have it in the collection.

The final word is displayed in a folded lenticular format to reflect the skeletal form of the dinosaurs as we experience them today in museums.

‘Prehistoric’ by Stefan Nawathe will be displayed at Type Tasting with the London Design Festival 2013 at the V&A.
