Meet some of the Type Tasting team who will be taking you through the games and experiments live at the V&A for the London Design Festival on the 19th and 20th September. Find out more about the event here. Here we showcase the work of professional photographer David Owens and graphic designer Charlie Watson.
David Owens is a London based photographer specialising in portraits art events. He studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Northumbria University but soon after concentrated on photography. He has photographed art fairs in London Basel and Miami and is excited to be taking photographs at the Type Tasting event at the London Design Festival. After a camping trip in France and Italy this summer he came back with plenty of photographs of shop fronts and quirky typography some dating from the 70’s.
Charlie Watson is a graphic designer, illustrator and Central St Martin’s MA candidate.
