Meet some of the Type Tasting team who will be taking you through the games and experiments live at the V&A for the London Design Festival on the 19th and 20th September. Find out more about the event here. Here we showcase the work of hand letterer Raissa Pardini, and designer and illustrator Michelle Mildenberg.

Raissa Pardini is a designer working with lettering and typography, and has always been attracted to the beautiful soul of letters. Although London is now her home, she has worked and travelled extensively between Milan and Berlin… but she is (in her own words) a real passionate Italian lady. Her style combines tradition, colour and line.

Michelle Mildenberg loves the management, organization and conceptualization of interdisciplinary projects, and enjoys clarifying information and subtracting relevant data. At heart she’s a graphic designer and illustrator, with a true passionate for detailed and emotional work. She is inspired by stories, and enjoys working and interacting with other people. Her main interest in design is how to enrich and create meaningful user experiences through the visual.
